Oleve and Placebo Pharmacy present Healthy EVOO in a Unique Event

In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Oleve, in collaboration with Placebo Pharmacy, presented our Healthy High phenolic extra virgin olive oil  in a special gift package “Love + Health”, offering attendees the opportunity to discover the unique benefits of extra virgin olive oil.

The event began with an exceptional olive oil tasting, guided by certified taster and olive oil sommelier, Evangelos Tirpintiris. Attendees had the opportunity to sample different varieties of extra virgin olive oil and learn to recognize their quality characteristics, such as aroma, taste, and beneficial properties.

Mr. Antonis Tirpintiris delivered an insightful talk on the health benefits of olive oil. Specifically, he highlighted its neuroprotective properties and its role in preventing cardiovascular diseases. Special emphasis was placed on polyphenols, such as oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol, and oleocanthal, which have strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Through scientifically backed information, attendees discovered how the consumption of high-quality extra virgin olive oil can contribute to disease prevention and treatment, strengthening the heart, brain, and overall body function.
