Our exceptional olive mill is based on the best practices for the production stages and has a daily capacity of 75 tons of olives. Our vertical production starts from the olive trees in the estate and continues to the mill and bottling facilities. There are also storage facilities and a logistics department.
From the growth of the tree and the olive, to the production, standardization, storage and promotion of the olive oil, we have streamlined the process.
We also have a bottling plant where we bottle our extra virgin olive oil without additives. We fully shield our olive oil, bottling it in metal containers or dark glass bottles to protect it from sunlight and oxidation. We also add nitrogen gas to the bottles to remove atmospheric oxygen, which degrades the quality of the olive oil.
The Oleve story starts in Sigri on Lesvos island, where we transformed a previously deserted space into an oasis of biodiversity.
With love and dedication, we proudly cultivate and grow in an area of 200 hectares, 50,000 olive trees and 40.000 other trees using the latest cutting-edge technology and expertise, ensuring our customers get the best quality olive oil.
