Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, with the heating elements.
- Peel a squash, grate it and chop it in small, relatively thin slices.
- Put the pumpkin pieces in a pan lined on Parchment paper and bake for about 20-30 minutes *. We want them soft so that they can be easily mashed.
- When our pumpkin is ready, weigh 500 grams, put them in a bowl, and dissolve them, so that they become puree.
- In a bowl, put all our ingredients and beat them hard with a whisk so that they mix well.
- In a 20 cm pan, spread Parchment paper, press it well at the edges to cover the entire pan, not just the bottom, and cut off the excess.
- Then put the mixture.
- Turn our oven to Air together with the heating elements (up and down) and bake for 20 minutes.
- When we take out the pan, we remove all our mixture as it is with the Parchment paper and we put it on a plate so that it cools down faster, and then we serve.
