Acerola is a bright red berry, similar in size and appearance to a cherry and is often referred to as Barbados cherry. The fruit originates from the warm climates of South and Central America. Our Acerola powder originates from Brazil and is freeze dried to help retain its beneficial micronutrients. It takes 14kg of Acerola fruit to make 1kg of Acerola powder, which is renowned for its high vitamin C content.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 5g (1 teaspoon) per day, mixed with water, juice or a smoothie. Alternatively sprinkle on or add to food.
