Sweet Pumpkin Brownie

Materials:

200g sweet pumpkin boiled/drained

2 medium eggs

2 tbsp flour of choice

1 tbsp cocoa Ol-eve Family Estate and Products

2 tbsp Ol-eve coconut sugar

1 tbsp Agave syrup with Ol-eve Hibiscus extract

1 vanillin

1 dstspn baking powder

Couverture drops (optional)

Recipe Execution:

In a bowl add all the solid ingredients and mix with a spoon

In another bowl, mix the pumpkin, eggs, agave

Combine the 2 mixtures and beat very well with a whisk until they are homogenous (they could be beaten in a blender)

At this stage the mixture is quite liquid

Place parchment paper in a small pan (23cm/10cm) and transfer the mixture

Add the couverture drops to the surface of the mixture

Bake at 180c, Air Heat for 25-30 minutes
