OL-EVE PRODUCTS USED IN RECIPE: POMEGRANATE SAUCE, SEA SALT
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:
- 1 green cabbage cut in layers
- 2 tsp. tablespoons of raisins
- 10 radishes cut in half
- 1 red apple peeled and cut in cube shapes
- 2 fresh onions cut in rings
- 2 tsp. tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- Pomegranate sauce
- 2 tsp tablespoons honey
- 1 tsp tablespoon mustard
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt and Pepper
PREPARATION
Place the honey, the mustard, the balsamic and the extra virgin olive oil in one bowl. “beat” until it becomes a solid
sauce. The, add all the vegetables and stir so that the sauce is present everywhere. Add sea salt and pepper, pure
the pomegranate sauce and serve
