Salad with green cabbage, pomegranate seeds and pomegranate sauce

OL-EVE PRODUCTS USED IN RECIPE: POMEGRANATE SAUCE, SEA SALT

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:

  • 1 green cabbage cut in layers
  • 2 tsp. tablespoons of raisins
  • 10 radishes cut in half
  • 1 red apple peeled and cut in cube shapes
  • 2 fresh onions cut in rings
  • 2 tsp. tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • Pomegranate sauce
  • 2 tsp tablespoons honey
  • 1 tsp tablespoon mustard
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION
Place the honey, the mustard, the balsamic and the extra virgin olive oil in one bowl. “beat” until it becomes a solid
sauce. The, add all the vegetables and stir so that the sauce is present everywhere. Add sea salt and pepper, pure
the pomegranate sauce and serve
