OL-EVE PRODUCTS USED IN RECIPE: DRIED FIGS, SUNDRIED TOMATOES, OLIVE OIL AND BLACK OLIVES
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:
- 300gr fresh tone cut in cube shape
- 100gr black olives without pits
- 4 cloves of garlic cut in half
- 8 dried figs cut in 4 parts
- 100gr sundried tomatoes cut in half
- 30 g. Salted anchovies pureed with knife
- 400 gr pasta
- White wine
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea salt
- Rusk chopped (for décor)
PREPARATION
In one frying pan sauté the garlic with a large amount of extra virgin olive oil, placing the sundried tomato and the
anchovies. Then, after 5 minutes add the olives, 150 gr of ton and add the white wine. Add the dried figs and cook
for another 10 minutes. In the end, add the rest of the ton, sea salt, pepper and quickly sauté.
In a pot boil the paste and once it is ready, strain (keep 2 large spoons with the boiling water from the pasta). Mix
them in the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Add the spoons with the boiling water you have kept and mix
smoothly for the sauce. If you wish, add a little bit of chopped rusk with one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and garlic.
