Glass with marinated scorpionfish, vegetables, and olive oil
Ingredients
- 1 kg fillet scorpion without skin, bones and cut into dice
- 1/2 onion in cubes
- 1 cucumber without spores in cubes
- 3 fleshless tomatoes without seeds and spores in cubes
- 1 hot pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Florin pepper in cubes
- 1 yellow pepper in cubes
- Chopped mint
- Royal Genovese chopped
- 1/2 bunch chopped coriander
- 1 1/4 cup lime juice
- Juice from a lemon
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco
- Salt and pepper to taste
- V8
- 1 avocado
- Olive oil
Instructions
Put the pieces of fish with 1 cup of lime juice in a large bowl. Cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour. In a separate bowl, put all the ingredients, add the fish pieces and mix well. We want it to be spicy, cool, a little sour and moderately hot.
