Marinated Scorpionfish

Glass with marinated scorpionfish, vegetables, and olive oil

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fillet scorpion without skin, bones and cut into dice
  • 1/2 onion in cubes
  • 1 cucumber without spores in cubes
  • 3 fleshless tomatoes without seeds and spores in cubes
  • 1 hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Florin pepper in cubes
  • 1 yellow pepper in cubes
  • Chopped mint
  • Royal Genovese chopped
  • 1/2 bunch chopped coriander
  • 1 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Juice from a lemon
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • V8
  • 1 avocado
  • Olive oil

Instructions

Put the pieces of fish with 1 cup of lime juice in a large bowl. Cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour. In a separate bowl, put all the ingredients, add the fish pieces and mix well. We want it to be spicy, cool, a little sour and moderately hot.
