Extra Protein Muffins with Matcha Tea

Ingredients for 11 muffins

– 8 medium eggs
– 2 belly peppers
– 130 mushrooms
– 1/2 bunch of parsley
– 1 small green onion
– 40gr light yellow cheese
– 2 tbs olive oil
– Pepper, Salt, thyme
– 2 tsp organic Ceremonial Matcha powder Ol- eve
– 50gr Organic Rice protein Powder Ol- eve

Method:
– In a pan, you lightly cook your vegetables
– In a bowl add the eggs, all the rest ingredients, and the vegetables from the pan
– Mix all the ingredients very well and transfer the mixture to silicone muffin molds
– Preheat the oven at 180 degrees (air mode) and cook for 25 minutes.
