Classic Greek Salad

OL-EVE PRODUCTS USED IN RECIPE:  EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, OLIVES AND SEA SALT

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:

  • 2 large tomatoes sliced in big pieces
  • 1 big onion cut in slices (onion ring shapes)
  • 1 red pepper cut in slices (rings)
  • 1 green pepper cut in slices (rings)
  • Black and green olives
  • 150gr feta cheese
  • Unrefined/raw sea salt plain, with herbs or peppers
  • Oregano
  • Small portion of vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PREPARATION
Slice the tomatoes in big pieces and place them in a deep bowl. Then, slice in rings the rest of the vegetables and
place them on top of the tomatoes. The olives are used with their pits. Add sea salt and stir the salad. Add feta
