Brownies with Sweet Pumpkin
800 gr Sweet Pumpkin with the peel
125 gr Organic Maple Sugar from Ol-eve
60 gr Wholemeal Flour
40 gr Agave Syrup With Hibiscus from Ol-eve
10 gr Baking Powder
30 gr Organic Cacao Powder from Ol-eve
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, with the heating elements.
Peel a squash, grate it and chop it in small, relatively thin slices.
Put the pumpkin pieces in a pan lined on Parchment paper and bake for about 20-30 minutes *. We want them soft so that they can be easily mashed.
When our pumpkin is ready, weigh 500 grams, put them in a bowl, and dissolve them, so that they become puree.
In a bowl, put all our ingredients and beat them hard with a whisk so that they mix well.
In a 20 cm pan, spread Parchment paper, press it well at the edges to cover the entire pan, not just the bottom, and cut off the excess.
Then put the mixture.
Turn our oven to Air together with the heating elements (up and down) and bake for 20 minutes.
When we take out the pan, we remove all our mixture as it is with the Parchment paper and we put it on a plate so that it cools down faster, and then we serve.
