Beef Slices with Thyme, Marjoram and Tomato and Basil Sauce

OL-EVE PRODUCTS USED IN RECIPE:  TOMATO SAUCE WITH BASIL

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:

  • 8 beef slices
  • 1 small jar of tomato sauce with basil
  • 4 tsp tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 40 gr butter
  • 1 garlic cut in half
  • 1 grounded small stew onion
  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
  • 1 bunch of fresh marjoram
  • Sea Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION
In one pan heat the olive oil with the butter and sauté the onion and the garlic. Add the meat and sauté on both
sides until they become “rosy”. Then, I add the thyme, the marjoram, the tomato sauce, the sea salt and pepper.
Serve the meat and pure the sauce
