Banana Cake with Chocolate Drops
400 gr. Gluten-Free Farina
250 gr. Organic Honey in Powder
20 gr. Organic Banana Powder
200 gr. Coconut Butter, room temperature
10 gr. Baking Powder
150 gr. Almond Milk
400 gr. Bananas
100 gr. Vegan Chocolate Drops
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Mush the bananas with a fork.
Coat the walls of the cake’s form.
In a bowl put, the bananas, the banana powder, the organic honey powder, the eggs, the butter and mix them with a hand whisk.
Then pour the flour, the baking powder, the chocolate drops and mix them again.
Pour the cake mix in the cake form and bake for approximately 40-50 minutes.
