Apricot Jam with Honey Powder 

Ingredients:

– 700 gr fresh apricots

– 100gr Ol-eve honey powder

– 1 lemon

Method:

– Wash the apricots very well, let dry and then cut and remove the kernel

– Add the lemon juice

– Put the apricots and the honey powder in a pot and cook in medium heat util apricots are melted
